Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, but in order to maintain the efficiency and fairness of our booking system, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Period: Any cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any charges. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your session within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged. How to Cancel: To cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible via email at press@memphispodcast.com or by calling our office at 9014283014. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed time frame will be processed promptly. The $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds for late cancellations. Exceptions: In case of unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us immediately if you believe your situation warrants an exception. By booking a session with Memphis Podcast, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
