Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly, but in order to maintain the efficiency and fairness of our booking system, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Period: Any cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will not incur any charges. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your session within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged. How to Cancel: To cancel your session, please notify us as soon as possible via email at press@memphispodcast.com or by calling our office at 9014283014. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed time frame will be processed promptly. The $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds for late cancellations. Exceptions: In case of unforeseen emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us immediately if you believe your situation warrants an exception.
